    thanks! got 4 questions please

1-these ccjs can affcet my credit score so bad that i cant go buy a house(im thinking about that)?

2-is there any way i can pay less than they ask or pay instalments?

3-if i pay them after how long they will be removed from my profile (i won`t see them on experian)

4-if i pay them my credit score will automatically improve?

    thanks for your time

    1. Possibly. It very much depends on the lender. Over time the impact will diminish.

2a No 2b you need to apply to pay in instalments. The company can object so you need to be prepared with your financial breakdowns. If you pay by instalments it will have a longer impact on your credit file.

3 if you pay within a month of the judgment they can be removed pretty quickly. Almost as soon as the court sees evidence of payment. If you pay make sure you get evidence you have paid. You have to sort it out yourself.

If it has been longer than a month it remains on file for 6 years.

4 There is no definitive answer to this. The magic number you see is merely generated by the credit reference agency for you to see. It's a gimmick to sell the service to you. Lenders don't see a score they see your history and on your history they will see a ccj.

Lenders use their own internal scoring systems which you never see.

Why are you still talking about fines?
  • guys i put absolutely everything i have and know in this moment.if i saw them on experian clearly have more than a month so from my understanding of what you guys said will stay on my file for next 6 year even if i pay.

That's right. To get them removed you would need to apply for a set aside.

    Theyre invoices

    Not fines

    No. Not at all.
    - as soon as a CCJ is entered, it goes on the register
    - if you pay within a month it is REMOVED.

You need to call the court, and get these details. You need EVERY bit of detail.
Your option to do a set aside - which is the ONLY way to get them removed if you are over one month from judgement - EXPIRES SOON.

Stop posting here until yo uhave actual details.

as before, these are not fines.
You said 10 minutes I a car park in Brighton, are you aware of the 10 minute grace period?
if this the case, and it was me, I would be looking at taking some sort of action against the landowner/who ever took on the parking company
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • Thanks waamo

Have you found the REALLY obvious NEWBIES thread yet? It has a section on Set Asides
Or done a search on "set aside" here?
Given you already know what a set aside is - you posted all about it in your first post! - these would be obvious steps to take.

your first step is to do as yo uhave been told, more than once, and get details of exactly WHEN the judgements were entered. You need these dates, as that dictates wehtehr you have 3 options or just one. So, your choice
  • Thanks nosferatu1001

I have e-mailed directly the court and their response in in my copy pasted in my very first post.I`ll go personally there because i tried call before e-mail and i wait 30 min without answer.

Also the second CCJ increase daily with 0.007£ is that possible?legal?

    Regards.
