CCJ affect my credit score HELP

Hi All,
First i want thank you for reading and trying to help me with my problem.
Recently i have made an account on experian and i was stupefied to find out that there are 2 county court judgments there.
I need to mention before that from any of these i don`t have any letter or information.I did move out from my address and also did change the car address details.
My name is M-G D ( M-G initials from first name + middle name and D is initial from my surename) as i can`t disclose the full name.
I have emailed them and this is what i got:
First case:
Claimant: COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD
Claimant solicitor: GLADSTONES SOLICITORS LIMITED (7372)
Telephone: 0333 0230 049
Reference: x/COMPREHENSIVE
Judgment amount:£ 434.02
Particulars of claim: THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION (noplate) (THE 'VEHICLE') INCURRED THE PARKING CHARGE(S) ON 03/05/2017, 07/05/2017 FOR BREACHING THE TERMS OF PARKING ON THE LAND ATMHT LEICESTER SQUARE THE DEFENDANT WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND/OR IS THE KEEPER OF THE VEHICLE. AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS £320 FOR PARKING CHARGES / DAMAGES AND INDEMNITY COSTS IF APPLICABLE, TOGETHER WITH INTEREST OF £4.92 PURSUANT TO S69 OF THE COUNTY COURTS ACT 1984 AT 8% PA, CONTINUING TO JUDGMENT AT £0.07 PER DAY.
In this case they don`t use my full name M-G D (seeing from experian as i never got a letter/information) and i trust this is a private parking, can not using my full name help get away somehow or there are other ways?
Second case
Claimant: PARKINGEYE LTD
Claimant solicitor: PARKINGEYE LIMITED (7359)
Telephone: 0330 555 4444
Reference: x/RB/x
Judgment amount:£ 197.00
Particulars of claim: CLAIM FOR MONIES OUTSTANDING FROM THE DEFENDANT, AS REGISTERED KEEPER, IN RELATION TO A PARKING CHARGE, ISSUED 28/06/2016, FOR PARKING ON PRIVATE LAND IN BREACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE CONTRACT). PARKINGEYE'S AUTOMATED NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION SYSTEM, MONITORING THE WHITE HORSE, ROTTINGDEAN, MARINE DRIVE, HIGH STREET, ROTTINGDEAN, BRIGHTON, EAST SUSSEX , BN2 7HR, CAPTURED VEHICLE (noplate) ENTERING AND LEAVING THE CAR PARK, PARKING WITHOUT A VALID PAID PARKING TICKET. THE SIGNAGE, CLEARLY DISPLAYED AT THE ENTRANCE TO AND THROUGHOUT THE CAR PARK, STATES THAT THIS IS PRIVATE LAND, IS MANAGED BY PARKINGEYE LTD, AND IS A PAID PARKING SITE, ALONG WITH OTHER T+C'S BY WHICH THOSE WHO PARK ON SITE AGREE TO BE BOUND. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE T+C'S SETOUT IN THE SIGNAGE, THE PARKING CHARGE BECAMEPAYABLE. NOTICE UNDER THE PROTECTION OF FREEDOMS ACT 2012 HAS BEEN GIVEN UNDER SCH 4,MAKING THE KEEPER LIABLE. THIS CLAIM IS IN REFERENCE TO PARKING CHARGE(S) x/x
In this case they don`t use my full name as well but they even wrong it as instead of M they put N. so this fine is on the name N D instead of M-G D, again seeing from experian as i never got a letter/information and i trust this is a private parking, can not using my full name help get away somehow or there are other ways?
And i repeat if did have change my car address details in the day i move...so why they didn`t sent any letter to my new address to inform me?
ALSO i asked about appealing and i got this:
Can I appeal against the judgment:
If you think that a judgment has been entered against you incorrectly and you would like to remove it you can apply to set the judgment aside using the 'Application Notice' (N244). There is a £255.00 court fee to process the application.
So even if i appeal i need pay 255£ just for that.I think this is a total joke.:(
Any advice please?Thanks!

You need some more details
- when did you move?
- did you update the V5? CHECK - your licence is irrelevant, all that matetrs is the V5
- when was each claim entered?
- when was judgement entered?
Names dont really matter.
Yes, it costs £255, for EACH claim.0 -
Thanks for answer.Yes i did update my 5vc ,in the day i move out i send the letter and got it back with new address next week.
one claim was on 03/05/2017 according to their email
another one was on 28/06/2016 according to their email
if names dont matter then how can i be fined under another name?
if this is not from council should ignore them?0 -
If you are happy to have ccjs on your credit records (they remain for 6 years) then you could ignore them in the hope they don't enforce them (enforcement could be by attachment of earnings/bailiffs etc)
Otherwise you either pay them off or apply for set asides. (The only way to get them off your credit score is to get them set aside)
Your choice0 -
They are only allowed to get keeper details from the DVLA once per incident.
It appears that you changed address, and V5c keeper data, after the PPC had retrieved keeper info from the DVLA.
Is that right?
Check that you name detail is correctly recorded on your V5c - or more significantly, that it was recorded correctly on your V5c at the time of your parking incidents.
nosferatu1001 did ask:
- when did you move?
- when was each claim entered?
- when was judgement entered?
You appear to have just repeated the dates of the parking incidents.0 -
thanks! got 4 questions please
1-these ccjs can affcet my credit score so bad that i cant go buy a house(im thinking about that)?
2-is there any way i can pay less than they ask or pay instalments?
3-if i pay them after how long they will be removed from my profile (i won`t see them on experian)
4-if i pay them my credit score will automatically improve?
thanks for your time0 -
these are not fines.
Do you know why and where your vehicle picked up the parking charges ?From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
Thanks Keith
the fines are in 2 different years from which i move 2 times and the dates of the fines are not in the range at all!
each claim entered? i have no idea because i find out about these from experian .i dont have any letter at all
judgment again i dont have any idea. all the details i got is from the email i send to the county.
the oldes one i know it for sure it was on Brighton i google the address and is correct so i will fully pay it even if i didnt get nothing
the other one i cannot find the place-i simply don`t know nothing about it and is worth 434£ for what? i tried make account on gladstones and is not working (they want people to call probably)
Regards,0 -
Thanks Half_way
if they are not fines then?
one is in Brighton which which i believe is the car park near the pontoon ( i only stay 10 min)
second i cant find from where.assuming i need call in the end.
thanks0 -
It would have been great if you could answer the actual questions asked. They werent tricky ones
WIthout it we cannot help as well as we could otherwise.
1) Yes, of course. Your chance of a mortgage - even a new mobile phone contract - are pretty much zero.
2) No, you cannot pay less. A court has said you owe that amount, so thats teh amount you owe. They dont have to accept installments etiher, and paying in installments DEFINITELY and 100% ENSURES the CCJs will stay on your credit file for 6 years. THis is certain.
3) IF you pay them completely within 1 month of judgeemnt date (gee, guess why I wanted those dates...) then they are wiped from your record, IF you ensure the court is aware of this. This, again, is non-optional if you want them gone
4) Yes, it will be as if they were not there
But, you cant really do any of that without actually giving some details. Do so, last warning, or im out.0 -
Theyre simply invoices. Not fines
I suggest you do the obvious, and get the details from the court.
Your choice. Be proactive with the only place that has the information, or flail around on here wasting time
Your 21 days to apply for a set aside runs from when you found out about the CCJs. Tick tock0
