Euro Car Parks - Failed appeal, can I ignore?

So I work in IT for a restaurant chain. The site records and emails ECP on all workers/contractors that attend site to make sure that they don't get fined, as they usually stay all day.
Part of the reason for me going was a failing network, meaning that the email could not be sent. This issue persisted and eventually we forgot to inform ECP. I have been previously to this site, so they have record of me going there.
I appealed this with them and stated that we couldn't email them due to IT issues, but they've just rejected it without addressing my points, for which I provided evidence.
I know this has been done to death, but I'd just like to see what people are saying now and whether I'm able to just ignore these?

depends on what you mean by "can I ignore these"
the PPC has 6 years to issue a court case against you
so if you IGNORE, its safe to do so unless or until a court case (MCOL0 is issued, meaning you would have to defend yourself in court at your local county court
therefore, it is only "safe to ignore these" if you manage to IGNORE them for 6 years and they do not issue a court case against you (an MCOL)
if they issue the court case against you, it was UNSAFE to IGNORE, unless you win in court
if they issued a POPLA code, then popla is next for you
BUT the best option for you is a Landowner cancellation , always was and always will be0 -
After the initial appeal fails then the next step with a BPA company is POPLA
See #3 in the Newbies FAQ for advice on how to construct a POPLA appeal, then post your draft here for comments before sending it off0 -
Most of what you have written is not relevant.
To answer the question posed in your thread title...
No, do not do that.
Read your appeal rejection letter and do as it says - appeal to POPLA.
How you might do that in explained in the greatest detail in post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.0
