BW Legal LBC - SAR Request - stuck :(

Hi,

So I’m very bad with law/court etc.

I’ve read the newbie section and I really can’t understand some of it.

I have received a LBC from BW LEGAL, I then submitted the form from the newbie section asking for an SAR.

They have sent me a letter acknowledging the SAR request and now I’m waiting to hear back.

The parking ticket was for parking at one of National Car Parks’ parking lot.

I have no idea what to do after I receive my court claim from them and what do I say in court? What’s my defence?

How to deal with a Claim Form, and anything else from this point right through to any court hearing, is covered in great detail in post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

You really do need to read that thread, probably several times, to better understand how to progress.

What did they say you did? It will be in the box on the middle left when the Claim form comes.
