You may have allowed pixlr.com in your ad-blocker but after that the site loads..
    googletagmanager.com and pub.network.

Then you click the open editor button and it then wants to load...

    googletagservices.com
    google-analytics.com
    dsh7ky73084kb.cloudfront.net
    segment.com
    ajax.googleapis.com

    Have you allowed these also?

    Thanks for all your advice.

No I definitely haven't allowed these sites - just pixlr.com. I wasn't aware that these were need to run pixlr.com. Another poster has suggested I look at MS Office Picture Manager, so will try and find that.

Do you know if the Google Chrome adblocker has to be switched on, or is it an automatic thing?

Why use an online sited program?
Just download on of the many free ones to your computer? All have differing facilities complexity and aims but try AVS4YOU, Photoscape, GIMP2. etc. I'm sure others will be suggested.
You forgot the fantastic Paint.net:D. [STRIKE]Though for bulk resizing or conversion then irfanview[/STRIKE] < already mentioned

Right click a file then 'Open With' there should then be a choice of programs you can open the file with.

What happens if you just click "Cancel" when the ad-blocker prompt comes up.

It takes me to another page with this message:

    Hi there,
We're quite sure you have Flash Player installed on your computer. So no worries, just click anywhere on the page and a prompt will appear for you to enable Flash.

If you have not downloaded Flash, you can click here to get it installed. :)

Bit confused by this as I already have Flash on my computer.
