Northampton County Court parking fine headache

Guys!!
Went to the court this morning. Judge dismissed the case I explained to him everything on how there was no signs or anything around those roads. He had a map of the place with all the signs there and asked me to pinpoint where I was parked on the map. Showed him and he agreed with me that the parking company is full of shi*** after he had a look at the photos I took of the parking spot the other day.
Told me he is dismissing it as there was no enough evidence from the parking company about signages. Claiming back parking costs and travel costs too.

Very happy as this headache is finally done and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for helping out with all the bits I needed to do.

Hi,

They did not send anyone it was just me and judge in the court room I just sat there going through everything in detail and the judge couldn't say anything. The whole hearing thing took 5 minutes it was quite funny.
