Help pls, Court letters

I have been ignoring the demands as i’ve read on here to ignore them but what about when it then turns into court demand letter?
Parking charge notice for a local hospital carpark.
The driver, not me, couldn’t find a parking space. Picked up who they were waiting for then drove out. (Dec 2017)
Appealed and got told they will reply within 28 days.
Did not hear anything til a final reminder Mar 2018
Then civil enforcement ltd dates Apr 2018
Then ZZPS debt collection letter may 2018
Then a ZZPS notice Of intended legal collections May 2018
Then QDR Soliciters letter June 2018
Then QDR Soliciters letter July 2018
Then civil enforcement letter August 2018
Now a claim form (actually 2 identical ones!) claimant Civil Enforcement ltd adding on court fee and legal rep costs.
I’ve only ever replied to the first ever notice which was to appeal.
Please help.
I’ve seen on this site to ignore ZZPS and QDR as wording says ‘this may mean they will look to obtain a CCJ...’
But now what shall I do!?

Why not go back to the Hospital (Patient & Liaison Service) to see if they can get this stopped.

Also have a read of the Newbies thread about the process. Claims need 3 elements - content, structure and process. Structure and process are in the Newbies thread. The content must reflect what has been claimed in the particulars (stopping but not parking).

Should be a simple one to defend but don't forget to follow the process.
