Parking charge notice THREAT OF CCJ

Hi
I haven't been on these forums for a while so I hope I'm doing the right thing.
I've read all the stickies and I can't see that this has been answered so here goes....
I got a PCN Parking charge notice at a local hospital.
My driving school car drove in to pick up a pupil. Her course (volunteering) over ran, the driving instructor couldn't find a space and just drove round. Pupik appeared and they drove off. The car was photographed going in and out 31 mins and 27 seconds later.
On receiving the notice I emailed my appeal stating car could not find a space and was therefore not parked.
The automated reply said We will reply to your communication within 28 days, I had no further correspondence about this til 29/3/18 (which is 3 months after my appeal) stating it was my final reminder and amount now due is £100.
I ignored this.
Then came a letter dated 18/4/18 from CEL asking for £140 and threatening to instruct legal dept.
Then came a letter from ZZPS asking for £170 threatening more legal action.
Today I received a letter from QDR solicitors asking for £182 and threatening CCJ.
I only responded to the first letter with my appeal.
What shall I do please?

Send an email to the BPA to complain that CEL did not reply to your appeal and you were not offered a POPLA code. Attach the proof of submission of your appeal, and the latest debt demand, and ask the BPA to investigate your complaint:

At no point imply who was driving. You are just the registered keeper at all times.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
