No, I wasn't being funny or having a go. That really is the short answer. Your employer isn't responsible for your childcare.

no unforunatley my husband works from 6am and I have no family or friends that can help out in the area.
Knowing my luck ill aplly and they will offer me a job.
Thinking of just handing my notice in and losing my redundancy.

I want redundancy. Its not alot but would much rather just take it and run as there is more responsibilty in the new role and alot more to learn for the same money!

Why? Surely if they offer you the job, then you cans till just resign.

Well considering he earns alot more than me yes i will prioritise his job over mine!!!!

Im talking about your employers perspective though.


Think you need to take 5 and calm down. Your reasons aren't valid in terms of business. It's you personal life.
