are you with a union? They can help.
A small increase in hours is often seen as reasonable.
obviously my problem but just asking a simple question when worrying about a change!!!
No, I wasn't being funny or having a go. That really is the short answer. Your employer isn't responsible for your childcare.
Do you have a partner / friend / relative who can drop the kids off?
Redundancy or a change to the hours of the new posts?
Knowing my luck ill aplly and they will offer me a job.
Thinking of just handing my notice in and losing my redundancy.
Why? Surely if they offer you the job, then you cans till just resign.
So why not just look for a new job?
I am looking for another job!
Im talking about your employers perspective though.
Think you need to take 5 and calm down. Your reasons aren't valid in terms of business. It's you personal life.
