Why have you come to this thread when it says
Please do not post questions about your parking tickets in this thread.

Start your own new thread AFTER reading the newbies thread

    No need to be rude.

I wrote the 2nd post all about court, for newbies like you. Please read it, your options are fully explained.

What drives us mad is when people can't be bothered to spend time reading it.

You very clearly haven't. Can I suggest you do actually read it.
  • I know you find it frustrating but for a newbie, this forum is INCREDIBLY complicated. I'm still trying to find the current Newbies page. Apparently I've been on a 2017 thread and was redirected to the newbies page because it was out of date but this Newbies page was written in 2014. You guys seem so angry when newbies get things wrong. We're not doing this intentionally, we're just lost. I can't even see how to post a new thread on MSE which I guess I will have to google. I know you're trying to help.

What??? You are on it now! LOOK AT THE THREAD TITLE.
but this Newbies page was written in 2014.
AND WAS LAST EDITED BY ME, TODAY!!

Look at the 3rd FAQs answer!
FAQS FIRST. NO THREAD IS NEEDED IF YOUR QUESTIONS ARE:

Q - ''My PCN is from a Council (e.g. bus lane, box junction or parking PENALTY) so does this thread apply?''

A - NO, BUT THEY CAN BE APPEALED. GO TO 'PEPIPOO.COM' COUNCIL TICKETS FORUM INSTEAD.

Q - ''I have read the NEWBIES thread but cannot find anything specific to my case...my case is different''.

A - NO IT ISN'T. YOU DO NOT NEED SPECIFICS. FORGET THE DETAIL, MOST CASES ARE ALL THE SAME.

Q - ''Is this info up to date, because this thread was started in 2013?''

A - YES, IT IS. SEE THE DATE LAST EDITED IN 2018 AS SHOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST.

    No need to do that.

Just scroll up a few posts, to post number 6, and you will see a blue New Thread button.

Try clicking on that button. So simple. :D

You were pointed straight at a basic and straightforward guide to using the forum as part of your signup - and in order to even begin posting here, you clearly confirmed you had read and understood it...!

So no, you should not be having any great trouble as it covers all the problems you are having so we can concentrate on actually helping you, in the best and least confusing way possible, not teaching you how to use the boards - which is quite outside the remit of this forum.

So why not help everyone by going back and reading it properly? - its linked off the top of every page.
