Wanted! 20'' Lcd Tv - Hd!

I am looking for a new LCD HD TV. :rolleyes:
It must be 20'' or bigger, preferably 22'' or 23'' (19'' and v good price could tempt me!). Must be HD and be made by a decent company!
Finally cost Must be under £250 and sold by a reliable company, a free warranty wouldn't go amiss as well
