    Another sop to the nannying brigade, I understood the ad to mean you could leave within the first 30 days, I'm sure I'm not the only one to pay attention to things these days

    Silliness.

    By the same token my 3 year service guarantee on my cooker is misleading because it implies that I can still get service after it has expired: It doesn't actually say that I will not get service after the service guarantee has expired and I will have to pay for it.

    Maybe the "advertising watchdog" (Advertising Standards Authority) didn't have anything else to do!
