Sorry I have read that many things on here my head is frazzled. It is Park watch (will edit post) that are using DRP. Again any help would be appreciated as anyone would overthink, worried about Court more than the DRP letters.
thank you for clarification parkwatch / defence systems http://www.parkingappeals.info/companydata/Defence_Systems.html0 -

DRP ... run by Mickey Mouse and a pathetic excuse for
a debt collector ?????? A SCAMMER WHO YOU IGNORE
THE £60 SCAM OPERATED BY DRP ?

Expect lots of scary letters threatening to throw you in jail, publicly flog you, spend a day in the stocks etc. They rarely do anything except send scary letters.0 -

You ignore all debt collector letters and apart from that
there is little more you can do. If Parkwatch want to continue
you will hear from them or one of their dodgy solicitors.
No need to worry, get on with your life and anything further
come back here0 -
The newbies thread tells you EXACTLY what kind of letters to not ignore0

If I hear from one of there solicitors is it still nothing here nor there to worry about then? just trying to try understand what I can and should ignore and what I cant and when it starts getting a bit more serious?
Again Thanks0 -

Again Thanks
If you hear from one of their cronie solicitorss, you do not ignore
and help is available here
First, they must send you an LBA letter before action
proving their case to you. This is a legal requirement
They must show all costs etc.
You then have 30 days to respond
All this before court action
So, chill and wait, might never happen0
