Sorry I have read that many things on here my head is frazzled. It is Park watch (will edit post) that are using DRP. Again any help would be appreciated as anyone would overthink, worried about Court more than the DRP letters.

thank you for clarification parkwatch / defence systems http://www.parkingappeals.info/companydata/Defence_Systems.html

So not Parking Eye then. Rest easy Parkwatch are a bunch of !!!!!cats.

Expect lots of scary letters threatening to throw you in jail, publicly flog you, spend a day in the stocks etc. They rarely do anything except send scary letters.

So I will be quite safe in Ignoring anything from Parkwatch? Is there any kind of letter from them that I should be concerned about? I.E rise in parking charge cost or court intentions?

    Thanks all for the help

You ignore all debt collector letters and apart from that
there is little more you can do. If Parkwatch want to continue
you will hear from them or one of their dodgy solicitors.

No need to worry, get on with your life and anything further
    come back here

    Again Thanks

If you hear from one of their cronie solicitorss, you do not ignore
    and help is available here

First, they must send you an LBA letter before action
proving their case to you. This is a legal requirement
They must show all costs etc.
You then have 30 days to respond

    All this before court action

So, chill and wait, might never happen
