Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You need to get quality photos of the signage so that we are able to read the wording. The signage is the purported legal contract between the PPC and the motorist. The actual wording is all-important.

No. Debt colelctors cannot do anything to you. They have no powers. They cannot affect the credit ref.

Yes. But I'm not 'on duty' 24/7 and I'm dealing with dozens of other cases too at the same time. Add to the fact that I'm not in the UK and broadband connection yesterday was crap.

The sign confirms the Parent/Child/Disabled nature of the bays, and along with the photo they have produced of your partner and child returning to the car will be an ideal defence point, should it ever go before a Judge.

Will it? Check your odds here:

Thanks for your time it’s much appreciated, do think I should get in contact with them now stating I was not the driver, and tell them who the driver was and state the picture,or wait and ignore to see if they take court action?they also stated that they contacted the dvla and used a tracking service to find my new address. I’m unsure how they did this.
