PCN Court Action, please help!

Hi MSE experts, I am looking for some guidance on what to include in my defence to make it water tight.

Background:
PCN in 2015 for no valid ticket.
Ticket was purchased but turned over on the dashboard.
All appeals, proving a valid ticket were ignored by PPS.
POPLA deadline missed (my fault).
DRS letters followed (opted to ignore them)
BW legal now involved and it ended with a Court action.

County court claim is £258
- £100 principle debt
- £23 interest
- £25 court fees
- £110 solicitors costs

Please help, I don't owe these guys a penny!

What is the Date of Issue on the Claim Form?

Can you please post the exact text in the Particulars of Claim box on the Claim Form?

Who are PPS? Full name please.

Is this related to your earlier thread forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5380463 which is now locked?

    Hi Keith,

PPS are Premier Parking Solutions. PCN was issued at a car park in Plymouth.

The actual claim form never arrived in the post. I had to call the court in fear of automatically defaulting and they sent be blank forms. I returned the acknowledgment of service and have until 16th October to file my defence.

Suspect this isn't a good answer.

How did you work that out, without knowing the Date of Issue of the Claim?

How do you expect to defend a claim without knowing what exactly the Claimant is claiming? I.e. it is nigh on impossible to defend a claim without knowing the Particulars of Claim.

BW legal wrote to me confirming a county court claim was filed on the 13th September.Their letter included a claim number.
All I can say is I have been on the phone to the court (numerous times) as no documentation/forms arrived and their solution was to send me blank forms.
All correspondents with BW legal and PPS before refer to being "parked without displaying a valid pay and display ticket". That's all the particulars I have.

You must Acknowledge by email. Call the court again to ask how to.

Then send in a defence and point out that you have had nothing from the court. There appears to be a printing problem at CCBC as you are not the first to say they had nothing from CCBC,
