Coming home this morning, I noticed a blue dot (about 2" diameter) had been painted on our front garden wall.
I'm wondering if this is some sort of marker for the water utility contractors? We have a water meter a couple of feet from the 'dot'.
Just curious really - wondered if anybody knew the answer?

Jobs for the boys - someone to find the meter and mark where it is and another someone to come along, see where the mark has been applied then find the meter and read it.0
