Return your completed DQ to the CCBC using the same email address that you used for your Defence.0 -
Thank you for your reply KeithP, I really appreciate your help. Sorry if my questions seem silly, I just want to be sure that's why I ask again when I'm unsure even when I've read it. As I mentioned above, I don't know much about anything and specifically this process which is really stressing me out and the thought of going to court makes me very anxious. But thank you all again for all the help and advice.0

I have sent my DQ to the same email address I sent my defence and in the same format. I have not sent it to BW legal as yet. Do I post it to them or does anyone have an email address I can email it to them on? Also I have not slept in days and been having anxiety attacks because of all of this. Do all of these go to court? I mean is it 100% sure I will go to court. I'm really stressed out and don't want anything to mess up my records.0

Anyone please? Do these always go to court?0

Not sure how that helps you though. Until you actually have it in writing that the case is discontinued, you must assume it will end with a court hearing.
For the DQ... the Claimant's address for documents is listed on your Claim Form.0 -
Hello All,
Just to update you all, I have received a letter from CCBC stating they have sent this to the judge at my local county court. I guess its just a waiting game now and I hope this does not go any further. I have been admitted to hospital recently with palpitation because I've been so anxious. Thank you all for the advice provided on this threat especially KeithP.0 -

If you've not done so already (I haven't read back through the thread), why not write to your MP about your hospitalisation caused by all this. Don't hold back, it's important that those who make the laws have a very vivid understanding of the ramifications of letting a non-statutory body (a private company) loose with the ability to penalise (extort) UK citizens with swingeing penalties for minor indiscretions - fully enriching themselves in the process.
Sooner or later there is going to be an absolute tragedy. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
