Even reading the Newbies thread is confusing me and with all the abbreviations I'm completely lost
The majority are listed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #5, but if you can't find one you're looking for there, the forum will happily tell you what it is, then you can add it to your list. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you again,
I have been reading Bargepole's thread on Court Claim Procedure (updated October 2016) which lists exactly how to answer the directions questionnaire so will wait for that to arrive then proceed. And thank you Umkomaas I will definitely do that (don't know why I didn't think of it in the first place).0 -
Hello All,
I have just received the Directions questionnaire (Small Claims Track) Form. Is it normal for it to be pre filled already? Just asking, as there are ticks in all the boxes already and its practically completely filled up besides the court address section and the answer to the first question regarding mediation was ticked yes. Am I supposed to print a new form?0 -
This sounds like a copy of the claimants DQ?
If so it's a tactic to brow beat/frighten0 -

The CCBC or the Claimant?0 -
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of alleged contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and others have already been named and shamed in the House of Commons as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week, hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
The problem has become so widespread that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. It has even been suggested that some of these companies have links with organised crime.
Watch the video of the Second Reading and committee stage in the House of Commons recently. MPs have a very low opinion of this industry.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by in the not too distant future..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Its appears to be from BW Legal as it has a letter with a header from them stating that their client intends to continue with the claim and they have notified the Court. Should I still fill it out? It also states to return it by the date indicated however I cannot find a date. I am really confused again.0

The clear instructions are to complete the DQ and return it to the court and at the same time send a copy of the completed DQ to the other party.0 -
Hello All,
I have finally received my DQ and have completed it as per Bargepole's thread. Do I also send a copy to BW legal? And also for D1 do I name a County Court which is local to me? Finally, BW legal also sent me a whole lot of letters and the pictures of the vehicle that they have. I'm assuming its all the letters they claim to have sent me but I have never received the majority of them. This is really taking its toll on me as I'm constantly stressed about it. Any advice would help.0
