    Any other issues will be down to your seller.

    Your phone number is still live and working so how have you lost £600?

    EE's relationship with their customer is nothing to do with your issue. You said the phone was purchased from a shop not from their customer or EE.

    Dont tell the shop about your lost earnings, as a consumer you have more rights.

    Actually it wasn't even that, the OP said that the previous owner waited 3 months before reporting it. EE have just done what they have to.

    The OP won't be back anyway as they never are if they don't hear what they want to.
