Car supermarket said they’d honour original price as they have scanned copies of the service history. Phew!0

The 8800 they offered me is a reasonable price, I did a bit of research on that before I went. I’d happily take that, this car is a constant reminder of being burgled so I’d happily take that, or less, but 50% less doesn’t sound right considering it’s all fixed.
So they are saying that the car has lost nearly 5k in nerarly 2 years (01/2017 - 10-2018) that a big hit, thats even without taking the stolen bit into account, they will offer you around 6 - 7k, they are in the business to make money hence why the offer low prices
I think you overpaid for the car 14k for a 5year old s-max thats a lot
op, if was you i would keep the car for as long as possible becuase you would lose a lot of money if you sold now 5,6,7k is a lot to lose in just 2 years“People are caught up in an egotistic artificial rat race to display a false image to society. We want the biggest house, fanciest car, and we don't mind paying the sky high mortgage to put up that show. We sacrifice our biggest assets our health and time, We feel happy when we see people look up to us and see how successful we are”

When you take into account the difference in the retail value the OP paid and the trade value they've now offered it's not that much of a loss.So they are saying that the car has lost nearly 5k in nerarly 2 years (01/2017 - 10-2018) that a big hit, thats even without taking the stolen bit into account, they will offer you around 6 - 7k, they are in the business to make money hence why the offer low prices
