So there is no appeal on the basis of video evidence that was referred to in my defence but not accepted due to the way it was presented...

Do I now wait for instruction re. payment?

    - apparently a link to google drive is not good enough - it has to be sent to the court on hard media.
    That's right.

You can change the content of a file on GoogleDrive at anytime, but you cannot change 'hard media' already sent to the court.

"Durable medium" is a phrase often used.

So I pay by waiting for instruction?

    I'd just pay now.

I wanted to force them to lose money (even if I did) - so that has been achieved.

Email enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk and ask how to pay.

    I did, and no reply...

But amount amended on their paymentform.

    Very attentive of them.

Court letter asking me to pay by 22nd.

I'll ask PE how many instalments and delays they will accept, as I have £50 ready to send off right now.

Correction - Deputy District Judge Mendel. He seemed to enjoy teasing the PE defender and then helped his colleague at the end by ignoring most of the points in my defence.

Just a heads up (I’m not the expert on this), if you’re not paying the full amount, rather doing so in instalments, you need to check out whether the amount outstanding becomes a full-blown, unsatisfied CCJ that will blow your credit rating for the next 6 years.

Don’t enter any payment plan without exhaustively checking its full repercussions first.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's worth bearing in mind, although I do very little with respect to fiat or credit in my entire life, so my credit score is zilch. If they want my £185 immediately, they will be forcing me to take on liabilities (debts) or liquidate actual wealth (gold), which is not equivalent to the rubbish they are demanding for their harassment campaign and thus unacceptable.

A mortgage in the next six years - might be a possibility.

...and it might not if you are not credit worthy.
