Samsung Galaxy A3 - Internet may not be Available
Hi,
I've had my Samsung Galaxy A3 for about 8 months and a couple of days ago my phone had problems getting internet through the wifi. I keep getting "Internet may not be available" even though all devices in the house are not having trouble.
I have tried:
Still my phone (and only my phone) shows the "Internet may not be available" message
Any advice please?

Is this connected to Wi-Fi or mobile internet?0

Does it say the same in other houses / locations, or is it just your house?Eight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

First thing is to identify where the problem lies.
Go to a friends house and try to connect to their wifi.0 -
It is conected to a wi-fi
It is just in our house
It fluctuates, between working and not working now. It started to work late last night and then it wouldn't connect this morning.0 -
Not saying you don't have a fault, but my LG does that sometimes and switches to 4g automatically (there's a setting to enable/disable this function). My phone is usually on my desk (at home) a fair way from the router but my printer & tablet still work fine in the same location, but it seems the phone 'likes' a stronger connection so decides to put up the message and switch to mobile internet. when I reconnect to wi-fi it can then be fine for days0

Thanks for your answer, it does have a stronger signal near the router. It is working better now,so time will tell.0

Here are 4 solutions for your reference.
1. Restart your Samsung Galaxy A3 and reconnect Wi-fi on it
2. Forget the Wi-fi you are connecting
3. Check out the router
4. Reset Network Settings on Samsung Galaxy A30 -
In general, the issue that Samsung Galaxy A3 fails to connect to Wi-fi is caused by several main reasons. These reasons are:
Software error/bugs. It is possible that the operating system you are using is too old and you need to update your software. A software update can fix the bugs in the previous system normally.
Poor Wi-fi Signal. Sometimes the signal of Wi-fi might be too weak to be detected or used. So you can change your position to receive the Wi-fi or check the speed of the connected network.
The router does not work well. The Wi-fi on mobile phone comes from router so it won't be able to work well when the router goes wrong. Thus, just check the status of router at first.0
