You don't have to contract with the council, just as you don't have to contract with HMRC about Income Tax, but you still have to pay it.

To be fair pal, to pay INCOME tax you have to use something called a NI number AND still impersonate a legal fiction...this is done by your employer joining you to your legal fiction. Same with the council...
If I stole something from the council and they had evidence that could prove I took that which was not mine itwould be called theft.
A warrant would be issued for my arrest as a man (not a legal fiction). It is a criminal offence.
So HOW COME....if the magistrates court has judged in someones absence why is a warrant not imediately issued for that person to be arrested for a stated crime?
What happens is the council or debt collection agency (showing zero confidence or conviction to the threats of prison etc that they print on their communications) send a fat bald chancer to try and extort money from that person instead of A POLICE OFFICER ACTING ON A WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF A WANTED CRIMINAL?

has a crime been commited? If yes ...then who is the injured party? Or who has suffered loss or harm (and easily be proven by evidence to show thos crime)???

councils do NOT have any force of law behind their demands, are private corporations that impose their 'rules & regulations' upon those that accept the Legalese titles of "resident" or "occupier", and are conning local people out of their hard-earned money and assets to pay for bankruptcy, private loans and private pensions, they will probably want to withhold further payments. When they do so in large numbers, the corporate councils will have to change their rotten & criminal, unlawful & undemocratic system (that has ruined millions of lives), or face total collapse and prosecution!

I post this to take the fear away from those who have eyes to see and ears to hear should they wish to observe and listen.
You cannot argue my points which is why you use the ad-hominem style comments, the only purpose of your post is to draw attention to my character and NOT the truth about the thread topic. I see through it and it only makes what I have written make even more sense to those who stumble upon this thread already having dounts about society and mans flawed ability to guide men women or himself. I dont know you so what do I stand to gain getting drawn into your negativity....exactly!
