Anyhooooo... Keep paying ya mug the enemy within the gates needs to buy a sword. Good luck!:money::money::money:
Oh and dont forget to buy into the threat of a £1000 fine for not impersonating the legal fiction.
You sound like your ready to be sheared LOL0 -
New episode of STRANGER THINGS is out on tv...
Council tax stays the same but services are cut... The local village go about trying to find out where the difference ends up...
The plot follows one guy asking what happens to the money that is not being spent on services but discovers a good pension fund along the way and a funny handshake....
Juice anyone?0 -
I made it as far as the second sentence. I believe we've attracted one of the lesser spotted "freeman of the land" types.
OP is unlikely to listen to any serious advice but nevertheless I will offer this: "freeman of the land" stuff is complete and utter poppycock. Pay your council tax. Don't expect any judge to sympathise with you if you don't. You may end up in jail.0 -
Reported the thread to the mods. As the other say, don't feed the troll.0

If necessary a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
You will have to sort this out eventually and claiming not to be you isn’t going to help. Your title is Mr, your first name is your first name, your last name is your last name. Any abbreviation of this for convenience is frankly irrelevant.💙💛 💔0 -
Thank you for being respectful. Sad that anyone should have to say it as if its some rare atribute to common (?) decency.
Can I ask you then (Mr?) what is taking the council so long to get their monies if I am legally obliged to pay?
It has been years and a debt collecter was unable to prove a valid debt and went off in a huff making a similar threat.... to come back with an arrest warrant for a person he was unable to identify...from a magistrate who couldnt identify "it" either!
Wierd?
The council have no idea what a man or womans ability to pay is, so how can a man or woman possibly inherit a debt in this nature?
Answers on a post ....code LOL

" you may"....
"If neccessary"....
What about the law. If a crime has been commited then who are they actually seeking?
Are you a money saving expert?
Or do you make promises to pay?
Kind regards...0 -
You do realise that if the council find out your true identity, they can serve a backdated Council Tax bill, so you will end up owing 5 years of Council Tax./QUOTE]
True Identity...
Do you honestly need a card with a number on it with you name to know who YOU are?
You are kidding right?
Q: Do you sign to say you have understood...??
A: No because I can hear perfectly well thank you.:D0 -

They are seeking you, as you owe the council money. You are stealing from everyone else while presumably using public services that you haven’t paid for.
I do like to save money on things when I can, which leaves me with more money to pay for things that aren’t essential but that I’m passionate about (mainly travel, I try to save on that too though)
I also like to pay bills that the law says I have to pay, as something I wouldn’t like to do is be imprisoned for non-payment of such things. I also have no problem with paying any debt I have a contractual obligation for.💙💛 💔0 -
I didnt contract with the council though.
No contractual agreement = not owing!
Unless you believe in force and coersion as proof of an offer to enter into a contract (which is absurd logic).0
