I decieded 5 YEARS ago NOT to impersonate anyone or "Act" as if I am someone who I am clearly not.
That is to say I learned it is a crime to impersonate someone but its an expectation to do so legally. The communications from the council were always addressed to a "persona" who would become liable to be levied something called council tax. I was always in agreement even when I was in extreme poverty I had a levy that legally meant I owed a portion of my income before I even had the means to obtain it. Previously I always opened these communications and impersonated the named addressee and so walked into actually owing a debt without knowing the consequences of (basically never really 100% knowing about it in its entirety) or how I never gained anything tangable by the same value (either services or other) .
I have not been threatened with prison nor have I been arrested for any crime as it has been explained to me by Law proffessionals that this is a civil complaint that cannot be enforced unless I re enter my "persona" at a later date (basically I returned all mail unopened). I had to impersonate someone who I was not in both the spirit or flesh where I could then be taken away and imprisoned.
I had people come to my property where I inhabit and politely asked if I was "MR D XXXXX" and I would say NO but I learned these people wouldnt accept my answer and continued to harrass me to answer differently. I was asked to attend a court which I declined by pointing out was an attempt to summon the dead (a paper entity with no flesh or spirit and declined their offer). I stopped answering my door and this is when I started to recieve threatening letters and visits from people who were not remotely related to the council, but were asking for large amounts of money. They never once backed up any threat with honest reason or law. The threats were always aimed at the persona not me so I continued to ignore them. This dogmatic rigmarol has ensued every year now for 4 years after I initially said NO. I just thought I would share this with anyone who is interested and has any idea why people make empty threats :beer:

You do realise that if the council find out your true identity, they can serve a backdated Council Tax bill, so you will end up owing 5 years of Council Tax.

Yes they certainly can and probably will...
However I have to consent in the form of impersonating the "identity" they say I am.

My mum and dad don't call me "MR D XXXXX"
Because this is a persona or a title that has to be reprisented by a real flesh and blood man or woman.

Impersonating someone else makes me dishonest about who I really am.

I think the council who send me demands for my money should at the very least give me a breakdown of the goods(bins?)or services they say I am by law to pay for. What ever I paid for in the past I havent a clue and more importantly I have never been showed a contract to show that I am indeed being billed for an agreed service or for goods rendered!
The extra income I get to keep pays to help other people who were in my situation before so I am making the most of not owing the council anymore

Well...the council have failed to do this. Like I said... If you owe the tax you will be made to pay. The council have not even established who I am legally because I am not impersonating the fictitious character they ask me to. 5 years and no criminal charges made against me! Q: They know my address so why has it taken them so long to lock me up? A: Because according to their own rules I do not owe a single penny!
No crime has been commited either, I have not even caused harm or financial loss to any named individual... To strange for some to understand I guess.

Taking someone against their will is abduction and unlawful (like kidnapping) so is holding someone against their will who is not under suspicion of commiting a crime, obviously you know this but fail to understand where any evidence of any crime could exist in this situation.
If I have commited a crime I would already be in prison. Do I have the right to remain silent? Yes!
Am I a criminal? No!

Most likely the reason why that old fella is in prison is he has already (unwittingly) confirmed he is the persona that was summoned but no longer agreed to impersonate well after he was first demanded to and probably signed to say that was he.
