Can i take them to court??? Any helpers??
You still don't get it do you, it was your irresponsible borrowing that got you into your present circumstances, are you going to take out another loan to pay a solicitor and any court fees when you lose.

    No.
Communication with one of the senior advisers looked into the complaint and stated this shouldn't have not have been approved. There was obviously something on the screen. In addition they stated that the affordability was not viable either?????????????????

Staff at Barclays would looked at my complaint all have pretty much said the system shouldn't of allowed it to be processed anyway as it was less than six months since the mortgage was taken.

Yet another poster - I made a mistake, its someone elses fault, I demand compensation.

No sympathy from me - time to move on.

So then leave them to sort it out if you are already making a complaint and are soooooo convinced you should take NO responsability for applying for something you knew you could not afford

I am closing this thread now as it is adding nothing

OP - it has been suggested that you take a trip to Debt Free Wannabe to address your debts. That doesn't mean that you can't carry on your quest with FOS but I think there is nothing to be gained by continuing this thread.
