Forum advice; quick win

I received a PCN from Parking Eye for overstaying the grace period while picking a nurse up from a major hospital. The driver was disabled but had not registered the badge with thus hospital, despite it being registered at another.

I appealed to PE and (not) surprisingly they rejected it.

I trawled pages on this forum and from advice contacted PALS and the hospital parking team.

Neither responded to my emails and I wad in the process of preparing a POPLA when I received a letter today from PE cancelling the charge.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all the past victims who share experiences and those who offer pertinent advice

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Good to hear :T

Someone has felt Parking Eye's collar but remember they
    rejected your appeal to them.

Parking Eye were trying to scam you and guess what, they
are approved members of the BPA, who are fast becoming a scammers paradise

You had a lucky escape before involving POPLA because
they seem to back the scam
