It seems not, as that's not a POPLA appeal. :)

POPLA work on fact and proof, they will not be interested in what the warden did or not.

What proof has Premier given to you that someone left the site. ?

Just because the warden said someone did, is not proof

Your appeal should include all the template appeal points from post 3 of the NEWBIES that are relevant to your case.

    This would normally include: -

    Not the landowner
    No standing to bring charges
    Not the person liable
    Non POFA compliant NTK
Inadequate signage, including no site map or boundary
No proof that an occupant of the car left site
    Anything else relevant

But post #3 of the NEWBIES thread words the points already...they are templates.

Most posters - who (like you) have never experienced anything like this scam, nor done a POPLA appeal before - have no issue in picking the ones to use and putting them together.

Your appeal is usable as a FIRST point, headed 'NO EVIDENCE OF THE SITE BOUNDARY, OR THE DRIVER 'LEAVING THE SITE'

...THEN ADD THE OTHER TEMPLATES TO MAKE IT LOOOOOONG!!

....... With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.

    This is too optimistic.

OP, this isn't going to happen in time for you

Don't rely on n this, and don't miss any appeal deadlines etc!

Did you get the information I advised you to request from the DVLA?

What has your POPLA appeal got to say about Keeper Liability?

The PPC has 21 days to respond to your appeal, you then have a further 7 days to go through what they've said, and how you disagree with any of it (rebuttal).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry for the late response but have been dealing with a serious family illness from just after parking ticket issued and have found your assistance invaluable and helpful. I did ask for the keeper liability but e-mail didn’t send was away so had to relay on 4g the keeper liability was sent on template from newbies site from here, is it worth resubmitting for appeal if needed they have 1 week left to submit defence
