If Pofa is quoted on PCN do I still initially appeal just using the one size fits all template off the newbies site. Do I not give specific details of why I'm appealing... As in, the driver bought a ticket, but from the wrong machine (Warrington Central Station) as signage didn't make clear it was a separate car park. Do I just copy the template and add nothing else.

I have used the online appeal system with Parking Eye and entered the one size fits all template.
Right at the end...I now have to tick a box : confirming that I have attached all supporting information available to me, and understand that I will be unable to provide any additional evidence at a later date, unless specifically requested by ParkingsEye.
It won't let me submit without ticking the box.
Any ideas?0 -
Tick the daft box. That doesn't mean you can't submit a pile of stuff to POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Quick Update
I made the appeal as advised. It has been rejected, and I have received a POPLA code.
The circumstances were:-
The driver went to park at Warrington Central Station Car Park.
When you turn off the main road to enter the car park, there is immediately plenty of signage from the parking company APCOA. The main sign as you drive in states the company name and is titled Warrington Central Car Park. There is also pay and display signage as you drive down the length of the car park. At the end there is a APCOA pay and display machine clearly visible and lit up by a street lamp. Opposite the pay and display machine there is a right turn into what was believed to be further parking. There was no signage at the entrance, with a different company name or logo to say differently. As the driver turned into the 'further parking'
- it was evening and dark - that part of the car park was very dimly lit, there was no visible signage to direct you to a pay machine, and a pay machine was not clearly visible. Therefore the driver returned to the pay machine that was clearly lit up and purchased the correct ticket for the length of the stay. The parking ticket has been retained.
When the notice came via post and a return visit was made to the car park in daylight, it then became apparent that it is in actual fact a different car park. There was no signage at the entrance to the parking area to state that, there were no pay and display signs visible and no signs to direct you to a ticket machine. The ticket machines were actually place at the furthest point possible from the entrance, and not clearly visible at all, especially in the dark.
Advice on how best to present the appeal to POPLA would be appreciated.
