Garage ceiling and walls

Hello... Need advice on finishing off a garage conversion. Most of the conversion has been done by the previous owners of our house, it has double glazed window and sliding doors for entry. Has power sockets lighting and vinyl floor. We want to put in a plasterboard ceiling and plasterboard walls to finish it off and put a desk in. We've been quoted £750 for this. Is it a good price? It is detached from the house. We've also been told by a different contractor we should put a fibreglass ceiling in as well the plaster board... Is this necessary? Is so what should it cost? Thanks
