Failed appeal - what do I do next?

I got a PCN from UK Car Park Management and used the template letter to appeal. I have now received the reply from them that the appeal has failed (as expected).
What do I do next?
The first thing I have noticed is that both the photographs they have of my vehicle show it driving out of the car park and not parked in a space. I am assuming I can use this?

Firstly, UKCPM are known scammers and part of the IPC
scam set up by Gladstones solicitors. As this a money
generating scam .... a rejection is normal

They have used ANPR so it's in and out and not where the
    car was parked.

They should show the car entering and leaving.

The notice should show two pictures .... did it ?
  • There are two pictures - one is definitely of the vehicle exiting, the other one I can't tell where the vehicle is, just that it's on the road.

You best find out about this as a picture should be taken
on the threshold of entering giving the opportunity to
    let you see the signs
  • Can I link to the details so you can see the pictures?

yes, host them on tinypic and add a dead URL in your reply, by changing http to hxxp

because they have refused your appeal (all PPC,s refuse appeals in the main), there is nothing else to do

see the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread about IPC members and not using their IAS

This is all a little unnecessary at this stage though, as you do nothing at all and ignore debt demand, and come back at court stage where these scam PCNs are almost always beatable.

Unless you are SURE the photos show the car leaving twice, in which case make a complaint to UKCPM's Data Protection Officer (specifically to them) about abuse of your personal data, and make it a subject access request for all photos of the comings & goings of the car that day. They have to reply within 30 days.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not sure what the second photo is of so I understand I just wait until I get a court letter then.
    Thank you.
