    Look up the rules on executor chain.

    I think the solicitor should have waited this time, and let the real person deal with the identity theft first.

    My mobile has the same problem. Hold down your finger on the quote option and select "Open in new tab". Or just use a proper computer :)

    As an update to previous replies, it turned out that appearances had been entered in two of the caveats, but not served on either myself or my solicitor, the caveators had lied in those appearances about their relationship to my mother. The case is still going on but after court was threatened they have reappointed a solicitor and want to remove the caveats by consent, their solicitor says that I am not entitled to pre action costs and I am now £9500 out of pocket
