It was meant to be reminiscent of the post you(?) did in response to the person that was getting upset that someone had left some junk behind where you posted as if you were the other party.

Is it me or did the OPs failed buyer post their side of the story as a question a couple of days ago?
Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.

Assuming this thread may actually be serious (I am doubtful), I would guess that the orginal buyers are peeved at missing out on your property.

Since the original buyers did not actually buy anything from you, fraud cannot have occurred since nobody lost any money.

If you made some claim about your house which you knew to be false, you could be sued for misrepresentation under common law (not criminal law - therefore KY not required). However, issues such as retrospective PP are generally grey areas, and it is unlikely any judge would find in their favour.

Tell them to go forth & procreate......
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

Just to make it perfectly clear to those that missed the point, this post was aimed as a bit of gentle ribbing to bgwuser who seems to have taken it in the spirit it was intended.

I was trying to show how the poster's actions could be construed from the other side and perhaps entertain at the same time.

My use of KY Jelly or any other lubricating products is between me, Mrs Generali and Big Dave.

Oh! I haven't seen the other thread.

You had me for a moment, :)

When I read the thread, my 1st thought was "Generali, Mrs Generali and the Generalissimo's(sp) live in rented accomodation".

I thought that since my self-imposed exile from the board you'd seen the light and bought a house.

I see why the apology is included in the title, next time PM me to save me from looking a fool, I do that enough without your help.

I'm off to do a 'search' for bgwuser.

p.s 'Big Dave' aint that big, an oxymoron if ever there was one. :o
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
