Hi

I will aprreciate responses especially from E720 users.

I was offered the following two offers by t-mobile to stay on for another year, both the offers equate to a cost of £167.88 for the year:

1. off-peak 750 for £13.99/month plus a free samsung E720, total cost £167.88.

or

2. off-peak 750 for £3.99/month plus the option of the samsung E720 for £120, total cost £167.88.

Threfore, under option 2, I can get my contract for the year for only £47.88 (which I will), then I have the option to buy the E720 for £120.

So, should I buy the E720 for £120? I know the sim-free of this phone is selling for around £230. How good/bad is this phone. I heard some bad reviews about the sound quality/ reception on it. Can somebody confirm this. Also, How easy is it to unlock.

Thanks for your advice.

Hi I've got the E700 and certainly the reception isn't very good on it. My son is on the same network as me and has no problems but I can't make a clear call on my mobile when I'm at home :( It's essentially the same 'phone with a few extra features so I wouldn't be suprised if the reception was bad.
