I'm going to need to send this off within the next 2-3 days everyone, if there's any changes you'd recommend I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to send this off to the court if there's anything that will go against my case0

Nice defence draft! :T
I saw a typo: ''sings'' in #9.
And here the wording needed adjusting as 'brief' refers to the parking, not the residence:Since the Defendant was a resident of the building, and the car park is directly outside the front entrance of said building, it is the Defendant’s belief that they are not liable for any penalties related to simply parking for a brief period of time to unload outside the location where they lived [STRIKE]for a brief period of time[/STRIKE].
Other than that it looks ready to sign, date, and email that signed copy to the CCBCAQ email.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you so much! I was worried I'd be sending off a bad defence
I'll be getting this printed off, signed, and sent off now!0 -
So I've now sent off the Defence and the court have confirmed to have received it!
Now I am still awaiting a response for my SAR which I sent off on the 3rd of October, I still have not received a response from them. I sent it directly to the UKPC Data Protection email, should I have sent the SAR to SCS Law instead?0 -

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi guys. I received a letter containing my provisional court date at the beginning of February and it's now been almost a month later and I haven't received any update in regards to a Notice of Allocation or witness statements and such. Is this normal or should I chase it up with the court?0
