Parking Eye Parking Charge - Tower Road Newquay
Comments
-
I have spoken to someone on a FB page regarding ParkingEye and they were at the same parking on the same bank holiday and had the exactly the same problem. Although they ended up paying it I think as he had already named his sister as the driver.
I'm wondering if they were so busy that weekend that they just thought they'd try it and get as many as they could to pay up...I'm sure there are more people that will pay outright than there are one's who try and appeal. They must have made a small fortune :mad:0 -
If everyone got Golden Tickets late, like you, EVERY KEEPER was set to win at POPLA if only they came here first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I only came here after searching for info regarding another problem with a different company for my husband and a friend of his. I just happened to come across this forum and start reading! Otherwise I would have paid this parking charge straight away...as we have done in other occasions. Unfortunately, pay up is what most people do.
Can I ask you, do you think my POPLA appeal is OK?0 -
It is brave of you but IMHO will win.
Brave because you haven't used the safety nets of 'no landowner authority' or 'unclear signs'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I copied it from here at the forum. I thought that as it was a "Golden Ticket" I didn't need to put anything else, or am I wrong?0 -
Think of it this way
You only need to have ONE point upheld in your favour, and you win
The more you have, the more likely this is
Al you need is one of the more dim POPLA asessors to decide that, somehow, they HAVE compluied with POPLA and your appeal is sunk.0
