BT haven't sent M&S card

I applied for the M&S card after getting a new BT broadband contract. It never arrived. Customer support keeps saying I never applied and will provide no further help.

Any ideas what I can do?

I'd be interested to know as well... still waiting for mine. Received my BT mastercard well ahead of schedule though, so maybe the fault lies with M&S

I'd be grateful if anyone else helps with this. I joined them in November and I've yet to receive the M&S voucher. I applied 3 times, every time they say it takes 30-45 days for the voucher to arrive. Only 10 days ago, the BT person told me they have 'raised the issue' with M&S when I've been reporting this for months now. I ask what the issue is or why it takes so many days to send a voucher, but get no responses. I've asked to escalate the matter and speak to a manger, but get no responses either.


Very disappointed with BT. I used to be with them in the early 00s and they had excellent customer services.

I too never received my M&S voucher despite claiming at the end of December. I have just filled in the form from the link given by boatman. Has anyone received their voucher yet?

no, I'm still waiting....every time I speak with them, they give me 30-45 more days before it arrives and it never does. I asked the person I spoke to to give me the name of her manager but she never responded. I am thinking small claims court
