Afternoon all,
Went to bed early last night but was awoken about 12 by vehicle doors banging, it was an ambulance and I think it took Joan to hospital again. Her son's car was there earlier so I hope she's ok.
This morning we had another trip to Trago Mills but didn't take Dad as he's not up to it. ( Must say I'm not that impressed with the store ) Got what Mr Fix It wanted and decided to get a chippy lunch. That was a mistake as my fish was so big it wouldn't fit in the box, the tail fell off in my coffee and the other end dripped fat onto my trousers . I am hoping that the stain will come out 'cos they are really comfortable trousers.
Home now and the post brought me an invite, to view a retirement home in Bristol !! ......... I have no idea why, I haven't asked them for details, bit bizarre that .
Not much housework being done today and there is still the aftermath of yesterdays crafting, mostly under the dining room table, glitter, jewels etc . Oh well it will stay there till tomorrow as I'm feeling a bit drained today. Gone are the days of me looking after up to 30 of the littlies. How did I manage that for 20 years . The highlight of my day yesterday was watching Mr Fix It and DGD playing musical chairs on the patio, she was always going to be the winner as she was singing the music and knew exactly when she was going to stop :rotfl:.
LaineyT fingers crossed for your DH.
