Don't be panicked by their ws this is all about who will fold first, you don't fold and if they don't the Judge will decide right from wrong.

They are scumbags after easy money and will try to rattle you, stay strong and carry on it'll all be over soon.

The car park is no longer operating and hasn’t since late 2018.

You should be able to find lots of cases to support you too.

Yes same contract, they seemed to have omitted in my version from section 4 wording of (12 warning signs), I can see in your version of the same contract.
However in the WS they claim they have 19 warning signs.
I can see why they omitted that from the contract.

The contract appears to have been dated 15th January 2010 and ran for only 5 years!

I mentioned that in my witness statement as it seems to have expired, if I remember correctly at the hearing the Vcs rep claimed it was a rolling contract.

Which is interesting because paragraph 3.6 requires VCS to comply with the BPA code of practice!
