I remember suffering this in July 07. Only exchanged at 3.30pm for completion the very next day...never been so stressed in my life (mad i know but all down to dodgey buyers mortgage co who were known for not getting monies sorted so buyers sol would not exchnage until she had actually got all the money herself!).....it went fine but all very rushed..plus had very understanding removals co.

Thank you all for your support, went to buy a bar of chocolate and the phone was ringing as I came in and WE HAVE EXCHANGED CONTRACTS!!!! Enjoyed the chocolate - moving Thursday.
