Just to add - I can only submit comment via the portal which just has a text area for max. 2000 words within 7 days.

I am going to prepare the comments soon, I have noted "nosferatu1001" comment (thanks) about "no mention of the contract" by Smart parking.

Please if you can kindly go through the document and any advise will be highly appreciated.

2) The NTK fails to comply with paragraph 9(2) of POFA, in particularly (e), (f) and (i).

Actually, you only have room for 2000 characters - not 2000 words.

Can You please let me know what is 9(2) e, f and i are? I have searched through internet and could not get any points within 9, kindly if you elaborate.
