I am not saying she is lying, I am saying that there are other checks to stop them just driving off with parcels.

If your mother is so frail she can barely get to the door and 'hold it' then maybe your gadgets should be delivered elsewhere in future.

Thanks for the info when we ordered the item it said we could only have it delivered to the card holders address so bit strange it said that but ill let her know for future ref ...thanks
