hello everyone.
count me in for £10 please.
will read back in a mo to catch up.
quick update from me,
went full time at the job I don't like from sept as need the extra cash. we moved very quickly in aug to a much nicer area, nicer home, but it costs more in rent. to help out more with money stuff I agreed to go full time at work, for better money.
so the last few months have been a whirlwind of house hunting, viewings, getting some stuff sorted with the estate agents, finally finding one we agreed on, and moving.
moving involved me driving back and forth in my 2 weeks holiday from work moving stuff from one house to the other and unpacking, and dealing with DS who was distraught at leaving the only home he had ever known.
cue not being here for 5 mins, DH is sent away for a month on location work. the money is good, so he had to go. cue DS being distraught at losing old home, and Daddy not being here.
on top of that I was struggling along with my OU and think I have probably failed my last unit, which means I haven't passed my first overall unit. starting my second, hoping student loans are going to pay up and that I will scrape enough to pass so wont need to repeat.
On top of all that, all the stuff I have done over the last couple of years has caught up with me and my health. too much volunteering, late nights etc. and my health has suffered pretty much over the summer. cue me waiting on hospital appts, spent one of the weeks we had moved into new home, going backwards and forwards to hospital for a few days :rotfl::rotfl:
i really know how to live the life!
anyway, still have health issues, waiting on various appointments to get fixed, meantime need to take better care of myself.
But I am back for one reason! well two....
I have missed all you guys and the craic.
and I need to make serious amounts of money any which way I can, as have xmas to pay for, DS is going on a residential trip and I am still chipping away paying for that, and then school which promised no more trips, has sprung another one on us!
so I am back for motivation, ideas and to share the craic
missed you all xxx0 -
There's quite a few jobs going at the moment across the various sites I mentioned last month, I just hope you don't live near me and snaffle them all before I get a chance to!
there are quite a few sites now that do micro jobs. discovered another new one the other day. it's quiet as just starting but not sure if on your list. is there a thread with your list?0 -

Wow Aesop what a time you’ve been having. I hope you can plan some ‘me time’ into your week? Something you love or a few moments peace? Sorry to hear you’ve had health stuff to deal with, that’s so stressful on top of everything else. I really hope it’s getting sorted, I know how much energy it takes to keep going. I had a health scare recently and it brought back a lot of trauma
So welcome back from me and I hope you can take good care of you xx0 -

Nothing so far this month, I think I'm mainly relying on cashback but I've hardly got any even confirmed so far.
I'm trying to work up to £5 on Shoppix but still a way to go, and Shopmium has become less attractive now I've had my referral money and any cashback is just going back into the account it was paid out of to help with the overdraft, so it's really got to be for something I would have bought anyway - when there was referral money to come and I was paying the cashback off a credit card it didn't matter so much if there was a little element of subbing it to hep with the debt, but that's pointless if it's just going back to the same account!
Won 20p on the quidco game but I don't know when it will actually be paid out0
