Thank you so much for your kind thoughts, I know that "talking" is the thing to do but for me it is something I really, really struggle with and tend to "shut down" , a song on the radio today had me in tears and shaming myself for the way I feel

Bit late with my 5 day update, but since 20th I've earned £38.91 through surveys, caahbaxk, etc and £73.64 through micro-jobs. That puts me on £872.21 for the month, or £116.65/£155 for my total without micro-jobs.

I can understand that and I think it’s quite common to struggle to talk when you are feeling so low. It can be easier to ‘talk’ on something like this forum as it isn’t face to face and we don’t actually know each other personally so please drop in for a chat about anything.

And there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed at for crying over a song on the radio. It’s often silly little things that tip us over the edge and I cry at stuff like that all the time, even when I’m not feeling low :rotfl:

Facebook selling
Top Cashback £40.30
Tiny bit of bank interest and cashback
I have 29p from Qmee searches

I'm on £6 with QuickThoughts surveys
Always forget it's there when I am by or in a supermarket!

My target has been £200 for a couple of months which I thought I would possibly not be able to get but I am very pleased!

Top Cashback has been through insurance and utilities switching and I have added more by choosing a restaurant gift card. I am planning on using this with cinema tickets I have been given as part of my bank account, so that could be a good and largely free night out!

The Bulb referral is a second one and I have just had notification of another one for next month - I haven't posted on the referrals board here as other posters are offering more than £50 in their referral links! But I'm very pleased that I will have had £150 in 3 months!

I've just gone on TopCashback and have seen that substantial cashback of £85 from switching broadband providers back at the beginning of August is finally tracking. It should have been £89 but after this long I'm not going to argue! I'm going to wait for it to be payable before I count it, just happy it's finally showing, especially as it's what kickstarted my extra earning resolve!
