Advice needed for shoe return.

An easy way to stretch shoes is to stuff them with socks then heat the leather with a hairdryer to help it stretch. Leave overnight or longer. Repeat the process until they fit comfortably.

There is actually and even better way than this....
Fill a sandwich bag with water, tie it and place it in the shoe that needs stretching. Put shoe in freezer. As the water freezes it gently expands the shoe stretching it as it goes.0 -
I bought a pair of Timberland boots in Debenhams and my heels are pouring blood. I always buy Timerland brand. This is the 1st time this has happened. Really feel for the OP but not sure this means the item was faulty, it seems to be the rubbish quality we now have to put up with.0
