Is it the usual attempt at N159 paper only If so, then by reading post 2 of the newbies thread you will have every aanswer. Have you checked this?

Whats happened is you havent read post 2 of the newbies thread and understood the order.

Its the N180 form,speaking to the Court seems the claimant has jumped the gun filing one before informing court they wish to proceed. Yes they have marked it as "mediation". Dunno what happens when I fill the form in stating "court hearing",I assume defendant has the upperhand with such choices.

Correct. If you put the postcode on the claim into this search page it will tell you the likely court. Sometimes it will be one slightly further away if they have a specialist RTA judge there.

Don't know why they use RTA (Road Traffic Act) judges as these are property disputes in essence.
