Error in paperwork from PPC.

Options
Hello first post long time lurker.Brief synopsis, private parking claim "no valid permit" its at initial court papers stage. BUt checking letetrs from PPS (Debtlogic) I notice this on their letter re:NTK.
"On 19/8/2014 a NTK was sent to you in relation to a parking charge notice that was issued on 18/10/2016..."

Consider the impossibilty of the dates ,would this be enough to get case thrown out? Thanks for any advice.:T

No it isn't void or thrown out just due to a debt collector idiot error.

What about this? I requested copies of all letters they sent me,some time ago, which Ive referred back to ,and they havent included a Notice to Keeper. The email states "Here are is all correspndence we have sent you" ,I know they have a trime frame to send one by law.
Also one letter addresses me as "you the driver of the vehicle" which obviously hasn't been established.

Edit: Between letters dated 16/10/2016 and 1/12/2016 The fee rose from £100 to £125 with no explantion why,it later increased to £185(debt recovery fee added(?).

In my opinion none of this matters at this stage, I played letter ping pong with my on going PCN and they didn't answer any of my questions, it only got me annoyed and wasted my time, it will however look good in court as evidence if of course you have kept all correspondence.

Normal rubbish seen all the time. It's not a fee or a fine and is zero, if you defend it well and win.
its at initial court papers stage.

Have you taken your own photos (and in the same light conditions if your parking event was during nighttime hours)?

    Can we see the photos?
HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
