On the form the application date is 11th September 2008 and
Date Recorded: 11th Sept 2015.
Am I missing something? Why did it take them 7 years to register the marker??
Can you apply for it to be backdated?
When did the fraud happen? When were you sentanced? If that was in 2008/2009 etc, then arguably it should be gone by now so you'd have a cause via FOS (in the same way as people on AP markers for years on end can get a default backdated instead)0
