    @Nasqueron I wasn't complaining, just asking a simple question...

    Thanks for the rant anyway..

    As per above posts, if you submit a case via resolver it will be a complaint
    You don't use that site to find out if you had PPI, you just ring up the lender and ask..

    Put in a case on resolver and they will consider it a complaint which will cause you credibility issues if you didn't have it.

    Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

    People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

    Resolver it is a PPI claiming tool.
    No, it's simply an E-Mail template. It even offers to "escalate" your complaint if no response is received within a given period.

    I'm not complaining about anything
    Yes you are, even if you believe not

    just looking to make a claim
    You can only make a "claim"on PPI if you become unemployed or too sick to work. You cannot "claim" back the premium you paid.
