Well clearly the image is doctored.

Which still begs the question, why?
The OP stated that the perceived hazard has been parked there for at least 7 days so when asking for opinions about the position of it, wouldn't it be better for everyone if an actual photograph showing the vehicle in it's true position.
All that was needed was to park their car in the approximate position of where the black vehicle is, get out and take a couple of pictures.
After all, if the position of it relative to the emerging vehicle or the actual sizes of the 2 vehicles is even slightly out then any opinions given may well be based on incorrect information.

If that is a hazard causing you so many problems you need to go take some driving lessons. It hinders your view far far less than a garden wall of your house if you were living in town and had your own driveway.

Normally yes but red car has been overflown by flock of birds with loose bowels so view through windscreen obscured.

In that case, should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, you can involve said birds in any proceedings against you by including them as Part 20 Defendant alongside you and seeking a contribution / indemnity for costs/damages sought against you from any third party.

No, it isn’t. It’s a potential hazard. The HP test asks you to identify developing hazards.

Is that the new test or always been like that? I remember being told to click on basically any potential hazard.

Why not try the ingenious trick that my driving instructor showed me?

    1) Turn off radio
    2) Turn off heater/air con
    3) Lower window
    4) Poke head out of window and listen for oncoming car.

    Job done!

And end up with a Toyota Prius, Tesla, or other electric vehicle running in silent mode embedded in the side of your car!

I think the problem maybe due to being embarrassed about what type of car they have! :rotfl:

AFAIK the only change to the HP test has been an updating of hthe film clips. The principles haven't changed.

Clicking on the "wrong" hazards is penalised.
